The highest court in America is set to hear oral arguments challenging the validity of the 1973 court case, Roe V. Wade, which ruled that access to abortion is a constitutional right. The discussions are set to take place on December 1st. The Supreme Court will hear the arguments in the case of Dobbs V. Women's Health Organization, the court announced on September 20th. The Justices agreed in May that they would hear the case, but they did not specify when. The goal of the case in question is to have the Justices overrule the decision from Roe V. Wade and Parenthood V. Cassidy, which stated that abortions were a constitutional right. Sadly, the Supreme Court has upheld this ruling for years, leading to the murder of millions of infants. Abortionists' confidence in the Court wavered recently, however, following the Court's decision to let the new Texas abortion law stand. The Court has been very lenient on what abortions are legal, which is surprising, considering the majority of the current Justices are Republicans. In fact, three were instated during the Trump administration. A recent photo of the Justices, including to newest, Justice Amy Coney Barrett. I ask that all readers pray right now that God has His way, and that we will see Roe V. Wade overturned this December. Luke 1:37 "For with God nothing shall be impossible."
