Credit to UChicago News Article by Haddon L. After writing the article showing evidence towards watermarks that were allegedly placed on ballots all over the U.S., I was contacted by someone who gave even more evidence. The evidence he gave also answered several questions that we have had about these watermarks. QU: Can the DHS Interfere with Ballots?Yes. Yes they can. The order allows them to provide "technical assistance in order to secure systems." This could show that this sting has been planned since 2018.
